Frequently asked questions
Do you combine postage?
Yes, you will only pay for postage once, regardless of the number of items in your order. If you have already purchased your items and decide to purchase more items before I have already posted your order, please let me know and I will be happy to refund the lower of the two postage amounts.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I LOVE to make custom pieces.
For example, bracelets with a charm to suit the recipient (unicorn, bicycle, paint brush, dinosaur, etc). I welcome custom orders so please be encouraged to contact me to discuss your requirements.
Can I personalise the wording on the bracelet card?
Absolutely! Let's make your gift perfect. Please contact me with requests. Due to the extra time this takes, there's a small charge for this upgrade. Please see the 'Upgrades and Add-Ons' section of my shop to purchase the upgrade listing.
Can I mix and match elements from different bracelets?
Yes, absolutely! If you see an element of one gift that you'd like to incorporate with another, I can happily do that for you. For example, the bracelet from one listing with the card and wording from another or a star charm instead of a flower.
I live outside Europe. When will my parcel arrive?
Your parcel is estimated to arrive between 5-7 working days. Although this is not guaranteed, most parcels will arrive within 2 weeks after posting but please note that it can take up to 3 weeks and keep this in mind when ordering.
My shipping provider of choice is Royal Mail, due to their reliabilty.
Parcels being sent abroad can sometimes be delayed locally or for customs clearance but should still be delivered to you within 30 days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over £30 in the UK and over $35 in the USA.
Many items with a delivery address within the UK include free postage.
What if my delivery address is incorrect
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery information when placing an order.
However, if an incorrectly delivery address has been given, please pop me a message, as soon as possible.
I do appreciate this can happened from time to time and it can be resolved if the parcel has not already been posted :)
